PRIVATE COACHING
✓ Personalized nutrition strategy
✓ Weekly structured check-ins
✓ Monthly strategy & progress reviews
✓ Ongoing Mon–Fri coaching support
Both options include the same personalized methodology, weekly coaching, and resources. The difference is how much access you want to your coach between check-ins.
Personalization
A nutrition strategy built around your goals, preferences, schedule, lifestyle, and current level of readiness.
Behavior-Change Coaching
Support identifying the patterns, friction points, and behaviors that keep disrupting consistency — and changing them.
Skill-Building
Learn how to plan, adjust, portion, navigate real-life situations, and make nutrition decisions with more confidence.
Accountability
Weekly structured check-ins designed to keep you engaged, honest, and moving forward without micromanagement.
Strategic Optimization
Ongoing adjustments based on your progress, feedback, challenges, and what is or isn’t working.
Progressive Autonomy
The goal is not permanent dependence on coaching. It’s helping you build the capability to eventually manage your nutrition on your own.
Everything you need to know before applying for Private Coaching.
Private Coaching is not a static list of foods to follow and hope for the best. It is an ongoing, personalized coaching process designed to help you understand what actually works for your body, goals, preferences, schedule, and real life.
Depending on your needs, we may use calorie and protein targets, meal structure, portions, food swaps, habit goals, behavioral strategies, or more structured meal guidance. The goal is not simply to tell you what to eat. It is to help you build a way of eating you can consistently execute, understand, and eventually manage with greater confidence on your own.
Your strategy is reviewed and adjusted as your progress, lifestyle, challenges, and goals evolve.
Not necessarily. Tracking is one tool, not the entire method. Depending on your goals, experience, preferences, and relationship with food, we may use macros, portions, meal structure, protein targets, habit goals, hunger and fullness cues, planning systems, or a combination of approaches.
If tracking is useful, I’ll help you use it strategically rather than treating perfect numbers as the goal. If it is unnecessary or creates more friction than value, we can build your strategy another way.
The method is designed around what helps you make progress consistently, not forcing every client into the same system.
Both coaching options use the same Elevation Method approach and include the same standard of personalization, weekly check-ins, progress review, strategy adjustments, behavior coaching, resources, and nutrition guidance.
The primary difference is how much access you have to your coach between check-ins.
Guided 1:1 Coaching is designed for clients who want expert direction, personalized strategy, and weekly accountability but feel comfortable implementing more independently throughout the week. You may message your coach whenever needed, but responses are provided on your designated weekly check-in day.
Premium 1:1 Coaching is designed for clients who want closer support and shorter feedback loops. Premium includes ongoing Monday–Saturday messaging with responses generally provided within 24–72 hours, between-check-in troubleshooting, ongoing voice/photo/video feedback, and one 45–60 minute private coaching call each month.
The methodology does not become “better” when you choose Premium. You are paying for greater access, more frequent support, and more opportunities to troubleshoot in real time.
Every week, you will complete a structured check-in covering the areas most relevant to your goals. This may include nutrition adherence, hunger, energy, training, movement, body-composition progress, wins, challenges, habits, mindset, and anything that made implementation easier or harder that week.
I review your check-in, identify patterns, determine what needs attention, and provide personalized feedback and action steps. Your nutrition strategy, habits, targets, and recommendations can be adjusted when your progress or circumstances indicate a change is needed.
Guided clients primarily operate through this weekly coaching rhythm.
Premium clients receive the same weekly coaching process plus ongoing support between check-ins, allowing us to troubleshoot challenges closer to when they occur rather than waiting until the next weekly review.
The goal is not constant change. The goal is to make the right changes at the right time while giving successful strategies enough consistency to work.
Every Private Coaching client receives a personalized coaching experience rather than a generic program.
Depending on your individual needs, your coaching may include:
- comprehensive onboarding and nutrition assessment
- personalized nutrition strategy
- calorie, protein, portion, and/or meal-structure guidance as appropriate
- weekly 1:1 check-ins
- progress review and ongoing plan adjustments
- personalized habit and behavior targets
- nutrition education relevant to your goals
- weekly action steps and skill-building
- progress tracking
- supplement guidance within coaching scope
- movement and training guidance
- access to applicable Elevation Method coaching resources and educational materials
You may also receive workout splits and training resources I personally use and choose to make available to clients. Fully customized strength-training programming is not included in standard nutrition coaching and may be offered separately in the future.
Premium clients additionally receive ongoing Monday–Saturday messaging support, between-check-in troubleshooting, ongoing voice/photo/video feedback, and one 45–60 minute private coaching call each month.
Everything is designed around one objective: giving you the structure, knowledge, feedback, and accountability necessary to execute consistently in your actual life.
That depends on your starting point, goals, and how much change you are trying to create.
Private Coaching is available through monthly, 3-month, and 6-month commitments. Longer commitments are offered at a reduced effective rate.
A month can provide valuable clarity and momentum, but meaningful changes in nutrition habits, body composition, consistency, and behavioral patterns usually require more than a few weeks. For that reason, many clients will benefit most from giving the process at least 3–6 months.
The goal is not to keep you in coaching indefinitely. The goal is to help you build skills and systems that become increasingly sustainable without constant external supervision.
Some clients may eventually need very little support. Others may choose to continue because they value ongoing accountability and expert oversight.
First, choose the coaching option that best matches the level of support you want and submit the corresponding application.
Your application allows me to understand your goals, current challenges, expectations, and whether Private Coaching is an appropriate fit.
If accepted, you will receive instructions for completing enrollment and onboarding. From there, you will complete your comprehensive intake so I can begin developing your personalized coaching strategy.
Premium Coaching has intentionally limited enrollment because the additional access and support require more coaching capacity. If Premium is temporarily full, you may have the option to join Guided Coaching or wait until a Premium space becomes available.
Applying does not obligate you to enroll.
That is completely fine. Not everyone needs the same level (or type) of support.
If you want personalized coaching but do not need frequent access to your coach, Guided 1:1 Coaching may give you the accountability and expert direction you need at a lower investment.
If you want closer support, more frequent troubleshooting, and greater access between check-ins, Premium 1:1 Coaching may be the better fit.
And if ongoing coaching is not what you need at all, The Elevation Method also offers lower-commitment services designed for specific situations, including focused assessments and short-term nutrition support.
The goal is not to push every client into the most expensive service. It is to match you with the amount of support that actually makes sense for your goals, circumstances, and level of independence.
No. The Elevation Method provides nutrition coaching, health education, behavior-change support, accountability, and lifestyle guidance within the appropriate scope of coaching.
Although psychological concepts may inform the way we explore habits, motivation, identity, self-awareness, and behavior, Private Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or counseling.
It is also not medical nutrition therapy and does not replace individualized care from a physician, registered dietitian, licensed mental-health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider.
If your needs fall outside the scope of nutrition coaching (including treatment of an eating disorder, medical condition requiring clinical nutrition intervention, or significant mental-health concerns) you may be encouraged to work with or seek appropriate licensed healthcare professionals.
Where appropriate, nutrition coaching can complement professional medical or mental-health care, but it does not replace it.
Start with the level of support that matches what you need right now.
