CLARIFY · $197 ONE-TIME INVESTMENT

THE ELEVATION AUDIT

You don't need months of coaching to get useful answers.

The Elevation Audit is a 90-minute private strategy session designed to uncover what's actually creating friction in your nutrition, identify the patterns and skill gaps keeping you stuck, and give you a clear plan for what to work on next.

You'll leave with a personalized 45-day action map built around your goals, lifestyle, current habits, and level of nutrition experience.

FIND OUR WHAT'S NOT WORKING

We'll look at your current nutrition, habits, lifestyle, eating patterns, existing skills, and recurring friction to identify the primary and secondary factors getting in your way.

Not another generic list of things you “should” be doing. We figure out what deserves your attention first.

LEAVE WITH A PLAN YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE

You'll receive three priority recommendations and a personalized 30–45-day action map designed around your real life—not an imaginary version of you with unlimited time, motivation, and perfectly controlled meals.

You'll also receive relevant TEM resources based on what we uncover together.

KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO NEXT

By the end of the session, you'll know what to focus on, what can wait, and what level of support makes sense from here.

If you decide you want deeper support, your full $197 Audit investment can be applied toward 12- or 24-week Private Coaching when you enroll within 7 days.

THE 21-DAY STRUCTURE SPRINT

You do not need full private coaching to start changing the way you eat.

The 21-Day Structure Sprint is a short, focused coaching container designed to help you build your first repeatable nutrition system - so you're no longer relying on random motivation, daily guesswork, or starting over every Monday.

Over 21 days, we focus on one primary area of friction, establish realistic nutrition structure, and help you build a system you can actually follow in real life.

You'll leave with stronger consistency, clearer habits, and a practical continuity plan for what comes next.

BUILD A SYSTEM YOU CAN ACTUALLY FOLLOW

We'll focus on one primary capability or friction point and create personalized baseline standards that fit your real life.

That may include basic food structure, protein consistency, busy-day nutrition, backup meals, and simple habits that make consistency easier.

This is not about doing everything at once. It is about building the first layer of structure that actually sticks.

GET HANDS-ON SUPPORT WHILE YOU IMPLEMENT

The Sprint includes a 30–45 minute kickoff call, weekly structured check-ins, and targeted accountability throughout the 21-day container.

You won't just leave with advice - you'll get support applying it, troubleshooting what gets in the way, and adjusting your approach as needed within the scope of the Sprint.

This is ideal if you want more support than a one-time strategy session, but you're not ready for full private coaching.

CREATE MOMENTUM & KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT

By the end of the Sprint, you should feel clearer, more consistent, and more capable of repeating what works.

You'll also leave with a continuity plan for the next 30 days, so the progress you make during the Sprint doesn't disappear the moment the container ends.

If you decide you want deeper ongoing support, you'll receive a $100 credit toward 12- or 24-week Private Coaching when you enroll within 7 days of completing the Sprint.

TRANSFORM · 1:1 COACHING FROM $239/MONTH

PERSONALIZED 1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

Private Coaching is for the woman who wants more than a plan to follow.

We build the structure around your goals, schedule, food preferences, training, habits, and the patterns that tend to derail you — then teach you the skills to keep refining it as your life changes.

You’ll receive personalized nutrition strategy, psychology-informed behavior-change support, movement guidance, weekly accountability, ongoing optimization, and access to the tools and resources that support your progress.

Choose Guided 1:1 if you want expert direction and weekly accountability while implementing more independently between check-ins.

Choose Premium 1:1 if you want closer access, faster feedback, and more support throughout the week.

The goal isn’t to make you better at following my system.

It’s to help you build one you can eventually run without me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before choosing the level of support that fits you.

1. How do I know which coaching option is right for me?

If you mostly need clarity on what is actually keeping you stuck, start with The Elevation Audit. If you know the problem and want short-term, hands-on help building one repeatable system around it, the 21-Day Structure Sprint is the better fit.

If you want ongoing 1:1 support, choose between Guided and Premium based on how much access you want to your coach.

Guided 1:1 Coaching is best if you want personalized strategy, weekly accountability, and ongoing adjustments while implementing more independently between check-ins.

Premium 1:1 Coaching is best if you want the same personalized methodology with closer access, faster feedback, between-check-in troubleshooting, and a monthly private coaching call.

If you’re not sure, you can apply and I’ll recommend the level of support that makes the most sense based on your goals, challenges, and how much accountability you actually need.

2. Do I need to track calories or macros?

Not necessarily. Tracking is one tool, not the entire method. Depending on your goals, experience, preferences, and current relationship with food, we may use macros, portions, meal structure, habit targets, or a combination. The goal is enough structure to create progress without making nutrition harder to live with than it needs to be.

3. What if I already know a lot about nutrition?

Then your problem may not be knowledge. Many women already understand protein, calories, meal prep, and what they “should” be doing. Coaching helps close the gap between knowing and consistently executing — especially when work gets busy, weekends happen, motivation drops, or your usual routine gets disrupted.

4. Is this only for weight loss?

No. Your goal may include fat loss, body recomposition, building stronger nutrition habits, improving food structure, increasing confidence around eating, or simply becoming more consistent. Your strategy is built around the outcome you actually want rather than forcing every client through the same template.

5. What happens if I struggle or fall off during coaching?

That is part of the work. The goal is not to create a perfect streak. We look at what happened, identify the friction, adjust the system where necessary, and build your ability to recover without guilt, punishment, or turning one imperfect day into another full restart.

6. Is The Elevation Method therapy or medical nutrition care?

No. The Elevation Method provides nutrition coaching, education, behavior-change support, and accountability. It is not psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, or treatment for an eating disorder or medical condition. If something falls outside the scope of coaching, appropriate licensed care should be involved.
