MEET THE FOUNDER

The method started with my own becoming.

I’m Jess! Nutrition coach, psychology graduate student, lifestyle bodybuilder, and the founder of The Elevation Method.

I’ve lived at radically different ends of the spectrum (from nearly 200 lbs, to 135 lbs) to rebuilding myself into someone strong, fit, and genuinely at home in her body. I know what it feels like to want change badly, to chase extremes, and to realize that changing your body is only half the work.

The Elevation Method exists because I had to learn how to make that change sustainable.

What I teach now is that journey reverse-engineered: the nutrition, structure, behavior change, self-trust, and standards that helped me stop starting over - distilled into a method that turns change from something you chase into something you become.

FOR THE WOMAN WHO KNOWS

This was built for you if…

“

“I know exactly what I should be doing. I’m just tired of watching myself stop doing it the second life gets busy.”

“I’m tired of mistaking inconsistency for a character flaw — and restarting every Monday like the last one taught me nothing.”

“I don’t just want a smaller body. I want to feel strong, disciplined, proud of myself, and fully at home in the woman I’ve become.”

“

“I know enough about nutrition to change my body. What I haven’t mastered yet is doing it consistently.”

“I’m tired of being highly capable everywhere else in my life and somehow still feeling chaotic around food.”

“I don’t want another temporary transformation. I want habits, confidence, and a body I know how to keep.”

EMBODY THE STANDARD

Becoming her means becoming someone you can trust.

Not perfect. Not endlessly motivated. Just grounded enough in your habits, your standards, and your own follow-through that one hard week no longer sends you back to the beginning.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before choosing your next step.

1. How is The Elevation Method different from a traditional nutrition plan?

The Elevation Method goes beyond telling you what to eat. We work on the structure, habits, decision-making, accountability, and behavioral patterns that determine whether a nutrition strategy actually survives your real life. The goal is not simply compliance — it is building enough skill and self-trust that consistency becomes increasingly yours.

2. Do I need to be trying to lose weight to work with you?

No. Your goal may involve fat loss, body recomposition, improving nutrition habits, building structure, increasing confidence around food, or simply becoming more consistent. Your strategy is shaped around the outcome you are actually trying to create.

3. Do I have to track calories or macros?

Not necessarily. Tracking is a tool, not a requirement. Depending on your goals, experience, preferences, and relationship with food, we may use portions, meal structure, habit targets, macros, or another approach that gives you enough precision without creating unnecessary friction.

4. What if I already know a lot about nutrition?

That may actually make you a great fit. Many clients do not need more information — they need help turning what they know into repeatable behavior. If your problem is follow-through, inconsistency, structure, or knowing how to adjust when life changes, there is likely a pathway designed for you.

5. Which coaching option should I choose?

It depends on the depth of the problem you are trying to solve. Private Coaching is for ongoing transformation, the Audit is for clarity and strategy, the 21-Day Structure Sprint is for one focused challenge, and the Accountability Partner is for women who already have a workable strategy but need consistent follow-through.

6. Is this therapy or medical nutrition care?

No. The Elevation Method provides nutrition coaching, education, behavior-change support, and accountability. It is not psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, or treatment for an eating disorder or medical condition. When a concern falls outside the scope of coaching, appropriate licensed care should be involved.
